1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! I love exploring new locations and am available for travel both across the country and internationally. Whether it’s a beach wedding or a mountain-top elopement, I’m happy to join you. Travel fees are custom-quoted based on your specific location and needs.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, I’m here to help every step of the way. From scouting the perfect location to advising on outfits and the best lighting times, I want to ensure you feel confident and prepared. We’ll work together to create a session that reflects your personality and style.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, but I always strive to be flexible. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date based on my current availability. Full details are outlined in my contract for your peace of mind.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Every package includes high-resolution digital files delivered via a beautiful, private online gallery. While I believe in the convenience of digital, I also offer professional printing services and custom-designed heirloom albums for those who want to turn their memories into tangible art.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some incredibly talented cinematographers who share a similar 'soulful' and 'story-driven' style. Once you book with Legacy Lens, I’m happy to share a curated list of preferred vendors to ensure your wedding film and photography complement each other perfectly.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course. While my style leans toward candid, documentary-style storytelling, I understand there are certain 'must-have' shots or family portraits that are important to you. We will discuss your vision during our pre-session consultation to ensure we strike the perfect balance between artistic moments and your specific requests.

7. Can we meet before the session?

I would love that! Building a connection is a huge part of how I capture authentic images. For local clients, I’m always up for a coffee chat. If you're further away, we can jump on a Video Call or phone call to go over your timeline, answer any lingering questions, and just get to know each other before the big day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Quality takes time, but I know how excited you are to see them! You will receive a 'Sneak Peek' gallery of highlights within 48 hours of your event. The full, professionally edited high-resolution gallery is typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks for weddings, and 2 weeks for portrait or engagement sessions.
